The content on this site — copy, designs, screenshots and case studies — belongs to Fortsrex Digital or to the clients concerned. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it. You may not republish it as your own.
Portfolio and case studies
Each case study states whether the project was client work, an independent project or a self-initiated design exploration. Design explorations are concepts, not commissioned work, and no client relationship is implied by them. Advertising screenshots are anonymised, and the figures shown are the platform’s own reported metrics for the stated period — we make no additional claim about revenue, profit or return on ad spend.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are based on the scope described at the time and remain valid for 30 days. Where the scope changes, the quote changes with it, and we will say so before doing the work.
Projects and payment
Projects begin on written acceptance of a quote and an agreed deposit. Payment terms, milestones and deliverables are set out in the project agreement for each engagement. International projects are quoted in US dollars.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included at each stage unless the project agreement says otherwise. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the final delivered designs and website transfers to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party assets — fonts, plugins, stock imagery, hosting — remain under their own licences.
Liability
We take care over the work, but we cannot guarantee particular commercial outcomes such as search rankings, traffic volumes or sales. Where third-party platforms change their rules or pricing, we will advise but are not responsible for the effect.
