This one is our own design idea rather than client work. We created it to show how we would approach this kind of business. It was not commissioned by anyone, and we are not claiming any results from it.
HVAC · Home Services · Lead Generation
Project type: Self-initiated design exploration Project status: Showcase project
Overview
Climaire explores how a professional HVAC company could use its website as a lead-generation tool instead of treating it as a simple digital brochure.
The concept is built around the fact that HVAC customers arrive with very different levels of urgency. Someone may be researching an installation, while another visitor may need emergency assistance immediately.
The brief
Design a service-business website that can:
- Explain HVAC services quickly.
- Establish trust early.
- Support urgent service enquiries.
- Explain maintenance options.
- Communicate residential and commercial capability.
- Make service coverage clear.
- Convert qualified visitors into estimate requests.
Our approach
We structured the experience around:
Trust → Services → Urgency → Proof → Maintenance → Service Area → Estimate
The design gives users several opportunities to act depending on their situation.
Design decisions
Immediate value proposition
The hero answers the basic questions quickly:
What does Climaire do? Who is it for? What can I do next?
High-contrast emergency section
The orange emergency section intentionally breaks the cool navy visual system.
The contrast acts as a priority signal rather than decoration.
Service-first architecture
Core services are surfaced early, helping visitors identify the relevant solution without reading through long brand sections first.
Distributed trust signals
Trust is reinforced through service information, credibility indicators, maintenance plans, testimonials and service-area content rather than being confined to one “Why choose us?” block.
Maintenance as a relationship
The maintenance-plan section shifts the business conversation beyond one-off repairs and introduces the possibility of ongoing service.
Quote experience as a product surface
The estimate form receives dedicated visual treatment because submitting a qualified request is one of the most commercially important actions on the site.
Why we designed it this way
Local-service websites compete on confidence, clarity, availability and action.
Climaire explores how those needs can be translated into a website that looks professional while still feeling practical and service-oriented.
What this project demonstrates
This project demonstrates Fortsrex’s ability to design lead-generation websites for local service businesses, with particular attention to urgency, trust and conversion flow.
Outcome
This is a self-initiated concept. Any service claims, figures or customer proof shown in the visual design are illustrative and should be replaced with verified business information before production.
