Project type: Client project Project status: Live website Website: https://bondedwarehousemiami.net/
Overview
Bonded Warehouse Miami provides warehousing and logistics services including bonded storage, short- and long-term warehousing, specialised warehousing, transportation, inventory-related support and 3PL services.
The website needed to make a technically involved B2B offering easier to understand while giving prospective customers a clear way to request a quote or consultation.
The brief
Create a professional B2B website that can:
- Explain the company’s warehouse and logistics proposition.
- Break complex services into understandable categories.
- Communicate operational credibility.
- Address common storage and logistics questions.
- Support quote requests.
- Create a clear path for businesses with different warehouse needs.
- Balance technical detail with a straightforward user experience.
Our approach
We approached the website around a simple commercial journey:
Understand the service → identify the need → build confidence → request a conversation
Rather than presenting warehousing as one generic service, the experience separates short-term storage, long-term storage, specialised warehousing, compliance and broader logistics support.
Design decisions
Business-first messaging
The hero immediately tells visitors what the company does and where it operates.
Service segmentation
The site breaks the wider proposition into distinct service areas so a potential customer can quickly identify the offering that matches their requirement.
Quote-first conversion strategy
Unlike an e-commerce store, the primary conversion is not a checkout. It is a qualified enquiry.
The quote experience is therefore given visible placement and asks for useful context around the requested service.
Trust through operational detail
The website uses information about facilities, storage flexibility, compliance and operational support to answer the questions that matter when inventory is being entrusted to another business.
FAQ as friction reduction
Common operational questions are addressed directly so visitors can find answers before contacting the company.
Why we designed it this way
B2B logistics decisions are often high-consideration purchases. A visitor may not be ready to buy immediately, but they need enough clarity and confidence to take the next step.
The design therefore focuses on removing uncertainty rather than simply adding more marketing copy.
What this project demonstrates
This project demonstrates Fortsrex’s ability to take a complex B2B service offering and turn it into a clear, enquiry-focused digital experience.
Outcome
This is a live client project. We do not attribute invented lead numbers, conversion rates or revenue outcomes to the design.
Any future results section should use verified client or analytics data only.
