A note on this project

This one is our own design idea rather than client work. We created it to show how we would approach this kind of business. It was not commissioned by anyone, and we are not claiming any results from it.

Overview

Kairos explores a premium fitness-studio website centred on expert coaching, structured training and membership.

The design intentionally avoids relying on motivation alone. It answers the practical questions a prospective member has before joining.

The brief

Create a fitness website that can:

  • Establish a strong performance-oriented identity.
  • Explain classes and training options.
  • Introduce coaches.
  • Present membership plans.
  • Communicate a usable class schedule.
  • Build enough trust to support a first visit.
  • Create a clear path toward a trial or membership.

Our approach

The experience follows:

Discover → Explore → Trust → Compare → Schedule → Start

The site combines high-energy brand expression with practical membership information.

Design decisions

Performance-led hero

The opening photography communicates training intensity immediately.

Strong display typography

Large condensed headlines provide a visual identity that feels disciplined and energetic without relying on excessive graphics.

Class discovery

The classes section helps visitors understand the training offering in a compact structure instead of sending them through a long list of disconnected pages.

Coach profiles

The coaches are treated as part of the product. Their expertise and personality help establish trust in a service where the human relationship matters.

Membership comparison

Pricing is presented in a clear three-plan structure so visitors can compare options without losing sight of the recommended path.

Practical schedule

The class schedule gives the website operational usefulness. It answers not only “Why join?” but also “How would I actually use this place?”

Trial CTA

The final trial section gives visitors a low-friction next step after they have already seen the brand, offer, coaches, plans and schedule.

Why we designed it this way

Fitness brands often sell motivation.

But joining is also a practical decision.

Kairos was designed to balance emotion with information, so the website can inspire without making visitors search for the details they need.

What this project demonstrates

Kairos demonstrates Fortsrex’s ability to design membership-focused service experiences that connect branding, information architecture and conversion.

Outcome

This is a self-initiated concept. Membership, attendance and conversion figures shown in the concept are illustrative and are not presented as real business results.
