Meta Ads Campaign Management
Paid social managed through Meta Ads Manager across landing-page, messaging and lead-form objectives.
This is a real account, with the client and campaign names hidden to protect their privacy. Every figure you can see comes straight from the platform for that period. We have not added anything, and we are not claiming any revenue or profit numbers from it.

Project type: Performance marketing work Public presentation: Anonymized campaign dashboard
Overview
This project represents paid social campaign management carried out through Meta Ads Manager.
The work demonstrates how Fortsrex approaches paid acquisition beyond simply launching advertisements. Campaigns are monitored at the campaign level, with attention to delivery, reach, frequency, conversion actions and cost efficiency.
The public portfolio presentation uses an anonymized dashboard view so the platform workflow and performance-management process can be demonstrated without exposing the associated brand or account identity.
The brief
The objective of this work was to use Meta’s advertising ecosystem to support different acquisition goals and continuously evaluate how campaigns were performing.
Depending on the campaign, the conversion path could involve:
- Landing page visits
- Messaging conversations
- Lead-form submissions
- Other configured conversion actions
The work therefore required more than one fixed campaign structure. Different objectives need different optimisation decisions, audiences and measures of success.
Our approach
We approach Meta campaigns as an ongoing optimisation process:
Objective → Audience → Campaign setup → Creative → Measurement → Optimisation
The campaign dashboard becomes a working decision-making tool rather than a reporting page viewed only after a campaign ends.
Performance is reviewed across delivery, reach, frequency, results and cost per result to identify what should be maintained, tested or adjusted.
What we monitor
Delivery
We monitor whether campaigns are delivering as intended and whether active campaigns are generating enough activity to justify continued optimisation.
Reach and frequency
Reach helps us understand how broadly the campaign is being distributed, while frequency provides context for how often people are being exposed to the messaging.
Conversion actions
The screenshot shows multiple campaign outcomes, including landing page views, messaging conversations and lead generation.
This allows the account to be evaluated according to the actual business action being pursued rather than treating every campaign as if it had the same objective.
Cost efficiency
Cost per result is monitored at campaign level to compare efficiency across different acquisition paths.
Design and strategic decisions
Different objectives, different journeys
A landing-page campaign and a messaging campaign are not treated as identical products. The destination, creative expectation and success signal can all differ.
Metrics are interpreted in context
We avoid judging campaigns by a single number in isolation. Reach, frequency, result volume and cost are considered together with the conversion action being measured.
Continuous optimisation
Paid social performance is treated as a feedback loop. Campaign data informs decisions around targeting, creative direction, budget allocation and the post-click experience.
Why we work this way
Paid advertising is only one part of acquisition.
An inexpensive click is not automatically valuable, and a large reach does not automatically mean a successful campaign.
The purpose of campaign management is to connect advertising activity with a meaningful business action and use the resulting data to improve the next decision.
What this project demonstrates
This campaign snapshot demonstrates Fortsrex’s experience working inside Meta Ads Manager across multiple conversion objectives and monitoring the performance signals that inform ongoing campaign optimisation.
